You cannot use a Federal Charter for operating banks as some kind of cover to commit Federal offences, frauds and thefts in the guise of bank fees to rob and commit offences against citizens who are also customers. There is a new 24 hour Ombudsman service policing every bank phone call and every client interaction with the mandate to safeguard the public and all FDIC and CDIC insured deposits and federally insured mortgages as well as law firm transactions with clients 24 hours a day; hiring soon. Each breach of the bank contract will carry not only civil and criminal liability but a mandatory fine of $50,000.00 for any offence, even if it is only a theft involving $5.00. These new fines are similar to the fines levied against airlines for booking failures and mistreatment of customers. The penalties are retroactive dating back to 1980. The idea was proposed by Warren A. Lyon of Angel Ronan Lex Scripta in 2008. The privacy commissioner and Pipeda have records of all the bank and mortgage statements.
