If the world is having a discussion with a neanderthal population called America who insists there is a reason why every citizen is not fully enfranchised with a universal unconditional minimum income support or with proper appreciation for the citizen as a live jive body on a subway train or bus with some kind of language to speak whether or not it's Hindu, Chinese or English, then the war is a war of understanding, a battle of comprehension that boils down to the emotive goals of a malnourished mind and ego that would choose starvation to feel power over himself and over you, the teacher and maybe also the European or the Russian if you, the teacher, missionary or Roman, tell him he must eat, drink Jack Daniels, scotch whiskey, Peroni, Nestle water or Bacardi, be merry and have a family with universal unconditional minimum income support; the struggle being your will to starve in the jobless causality of automation since 1944 vs. contrary conventional automation economy. This is the aboriginal will vs. THE Wisdom. It certainly can't be Irish wisdom to refuse this income support and nor is it African. Hello; are you joining the human family? Will you put shoes on to come into the Corner store, the tavern and the supermarket? It would help.

Consider the macro-economic structure as an electrical power grid carrying a constant current of thirty amperes. Under a rational and balanced order, this current is bifurcated equally along two parallel conductors: fifteen amperes are directed to energise the lamp of Industrial Supply (the manufacturing apparatus, capital investment, and technological innovation), while the remaining fifteen amperes flow uninterrupted to power the lamp of Demand—the Ability to Pay vested within the consumer public. In an unregulated laissez-faire system, however, an artificial blockage is introduced along the conductor powering Consumer Demand.
