The Cooperative Policy Initiative confirms that apparently, as rumored, the Canadian Government is now issuing one time emergency bar Code travel documents that you can download once you confirm your passport is lost, stolen or destroyed on their emergency travel website. You only need to confirm your social insurance number and pay by Interac or credit card $20.00 for the document that will expire in three months and allows travel only back to Canada. Upon arrival back in Canada, you must apply for your new passport immediately as in the application for a full replacement must be received within 60 days of your arrival back to Canada or you will have to appear in Court for a failure to comply with passport regulations charges.

The allegation is about something that happened allegedly 23 years ago but with her statements now closed and her affidavits filed, she failed to disclosed an actual day, date or time and as such the allegation is not a fact of any kind with knowable substance or quantity if you did not say what day, hour or date it happened because he could have been any where at any particular hour and very probably on a building site if she says it happened in late 1995 or early 1996, when she was already in her fifties. Its at best something vaguely described but never occurring; vaguely; "in a way that is uncertain, indefinite or unclear; roughly. The evidence points to a tendency to make accusations of a similar kind and this is similar fact evidence, causing her testimony to have low probative value and low credibility. ClIck here.
