Is England buying Norwegian Subs now? I was watching a movie about the Kursk; the Russian sub that suffered an accident and ended up laying on the bottom of the ocean floor. Theoretically, men could still be alive on that boat today. The issue presented by the accident was the availability of technology any where in the world that could help save these lives and the movie suggests that such technology was not available. The rescue craft with hatches to dock on to the top of the sub existed but they relied on battery power that seemed to run low quite quickly at certain depths. Fuel cells could help here with nearly unlimited electrical power available through the hydrogen fuel. Also, the weight of the rescue boat was of issue when the ocean currents would make docking difficult and a heavier sub rescue boat with a docking portal; a boat about the size of the Kursk might enable docking and the requisite suction. A larger rescue boat will not shift and move around in the ocean current as much as a smaller boat. The rescue boat has to lock on to or anchor itself to the disabled sub boat with robotic arms to hold the subs in place and allow for docking. Opening the hatch at any depth presents risk. The rescue boat may have to lodge on to the stranded ship across the width of the ship in a cross pattern. We propose a connecting tunnel like portal that will have to access a recessed docking port on the stranded disabled ship that will cleave on to the tunnel-like portal with motorised rubber seals until there is air lock. The rescue ship is the finger and the ship being rescued is like the baby holding the finger. The rescue boat is male and the ship to be rescued is female with its rubber seals that will cleave on to the tunnel like rescue portal of the rescue ship. All ships will have a male and female port with standard gauge design across the entire world. There is a story that the US did not really begin to become a nation until there was a cooperation on issues such as a singular track gauge for the national railway system and goals for national transportation. This same principle relates to national agendas and economics with the national economic goals. It relates to law also. ////// Machine enabled or vacuum powered suction would help also when the subs connect. I have sent my proposal to the Navy. Every new submarine in the world should be designed with this technology here as proposed. This proposal by Warren A. Lyon is a PRIONS ™ proposal and is not about Authority but praying for humanity. There may have been an old WW1 or WW2 design. We can build one; if not. The likelihood is that they ran out of oxygen. I hope they lived. We pray for their souls if it did happen as the movie suggests.

We cannot imagine we will be welcomed as heroes in Europe or elsewhere if we fail to solve the economic problems endured by Americans if we have the power to solve it. The economy is under siege in North America, affecting global sales and there is something that has to be done about it so that the economy approximates the functionality of all other competitor economies such as in Asia, Europe or Russia for global benefit. We do not see government but the unconditional reign and rule of a soul in different bodies and skin every 4-8 years of a rather selfish character in some on- going ducking and diving of constitutional and legal administrative duty with involvement in a global catastrophe of war to hide the evidence that starts on North American soil if it's Pearl Harbor or 9/11. Essentially the North American system is asking for association while resisting rules, systems and equations that, if followed, would achieve the association desired but instead we have a North American global voice that says "I don't want anything or anyone to have authority over me; especially not Europe" but you want them to sit down and eat with you and let you into their confidence and involvement. The catastrophe could still happen if you really need one; even if the North American economy was less of a loss operating phenomenon where there is more profit and less theft with an income support for every citizen and with a sufficient sales tax to cover all costs of operation. If the whole point is to keep wrestling with Russia about hegemony, you are going to run out of people and soldiers very soon in what has been an ongoing war of attrition so it would help if you would at least allow for an ongoing domestic population regeneration so that we do not run out of people who can grow up to be soldiers and that can help the politicians feel like they are doing something, achieving something that makes them feel nationalistic in the minds of the American masses who want to feel Rocky beat up someone named Hanz or Franz or Crewchiev; and sometimes there may be missions for soldiers in defending the North American market and its borders. The immigrants are not going to bear arms for you. You are not running a government but an unbridled resistance of logic, rules, economic equations and the calm that comes from a cultivated, balanced economic system that would make us "family" to Europeans and Asians. Either way, we need to maintain North America in quiet stability as a Mercedes Benz market. There is a story that the US did not really begin to become a nation until there was a cooperation on issues such as a singular track gauge for the national railway system and goals for national transportation. This same principle relates to national agendas and economics with the national economic goals. It relates to law also. We don't want too much animosity with the Europeans because we would like them to accept us, live among us and appreciate our good use of European soap, cologne and designer clothing fare. We know there could be a Russian Navajo but the Russian Navajo does not have to kill North America to prove that he is not Navajo or in any way disloyal to Russian hegemony. We need to be loyal to the ultimate goal of building a safe Russian, Asian, European and also a certainly North American market for the real sale of goods for real profit; in North America.
