We would like to express congratulations as based on the Journalist's projections( with these projections and any celebration amounting to apparently illegal infIuencing of the result) and I am advised further that expressing public congratulations to any party in advance of any certification is a clear breach of Election Laws so therefore to avoid criminality, congratulations to the valiant efforts of everyone involved so far although the vote count is not over and the Elector's College has not met yet.
