All the votes have not been counted. Many of the votes have been destroyed. The election cannot be conclusive and a vote before the House of Representatives would be the next step. But, more importantly, we recognise no vote before the House of Representatives is necessary or warranted. Legally, there is only one candidate remaining after a careful review of what has transpired. The person prohibited from being the candidate, now the disqualified candidate, is further disqualified for intimidating other legally qualified candidates out of the race with dismembered animals being left on their front door steps with a black vehicle carrying a Bedin logo along harassing phone calls and extorting $1000.00 from each candidate every week. 18 U.S. Code § 606.Intimidation to secure political contributions U.S. Code. Whoever, being one of the officers or employees of the United States mentioned in section 602 of this title, discharges, or promotes, or degrades, or in any manner changes the official rank or compensation of any other officer or employee, or promises or threatens so to do, for giving or withholding or neglecting to make any contribution of money or other valuable thing for any political purpose, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 722; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(K), Sept. 13, 1994, 108
