This just in; a new proposal for Corporate buildings will be to utilise them as State GED learning and work co op centres. The state will pay rent to the private owners of the corporate buildings in downtown Chicago, Baltimore and other cities. All community colleges will also offer full high school programmes with work placements to reduce the amount of social upheaval that takes place in the recruitment process involving the time and energy spent frustrating the economy and viable candidates until someone tells them it was just to ensure we are all equal in terms of trepidation. Maybe you will pray and the people will feel you praying although anyone can lift boxes or stamp them with bar codes. So then, everyone should get hired and then we will see if they are on time. School from now on, right from Kindergarten up to a university degree, involves everyone getting a G for graduate so long as they attend 97% of all the classes and participate in all the in-class work and projects. A simple final exam will determine the quality of the degree using a 50 question test that is graded on an A,B,C,D,E basis but everyone will be accepted with the G. No one is rejected. The West Indian DNA really says they need to be accepted and they dont want to have to really do anything in school or politics to be accepted. They want to be accepted unconditionally just as they are but not by having to do any work but accepted in their mediocrity.
