He is no one really except but the average American High School graduate having a reasonable conversation while providing his ID as requested in the event there are reasonable and probably grounds to make the request. But, asking for a shoe size goes beyond the gambit of the law. Why lose your pension for such encroachments upon privacy? It's illegal to ask for ID without reasonable and probably grounds. Police have wisdom to sing that song about working for the weekend. A cracked windshield amounts to reasonable and probable grounds to pop the trunk; however.
