I tried to ensure he got his mail. He has not received it yet. If we did not make sure he got his mail, then we would have breached our job description and the EU Refugee charter that binds us. There is a European State Police Service with police cruisers, independent offices and desks all over Europe that includes shoring up border and coast Security at Arcachon and Bordeaux. They will prevent all criminal regardless of its origin; whether it's domestic or whether it involves Quebec British nationals. You will see them soon as they safe guard Europe from criminals of all kinds. It should not take 8 weeks for the mail to he delivered to a refugee. It is not delivered yet.
