I was watching all of the penalties taken by England over the last 50 years and the only time the team scored all the penalties available in a competition is when the team was all Chinese; in 1980. It was an all Chinese England squad vs. Ireland. Sometimes English people miss and sometimes we all miss. But, let us look at how often we score. England made the 2020 finals so the football is improving. They beat out Germany, Portugal and the best and most consistent team in Euro Championships over 30 years; Spain. England beat Spain!
