There was a young man in high School who had a black friend but during the grade 10 math exam, the black friend got a higher grade because his father said a D or C is not good enough. So the Black friend worked very hard and got a B+. The young white man dropped out of High School and with the assistance of a good black man, he got a job as a town clerk. By the time he was 30 years old, he was asked to work with a lawyer in the town. He had no relevant education or experience and learned on the job. He pled every client guilty. He started his own firm. When he was 60 years old, he ran into his black friend's son in Court and as the 60 year old, he was happy and surprised but had decided he believed that the only time black people should be in Court is when they are answering charges. He put it on his Appl smart phone and when he found out the son of the black friend was a litigator with a full English Law Degree, American degree and an English L.L.M( a Masters in Law), he was amazed. He had just won a case based on the doctrine of competing oaths. The young man has his own clients and had helped one client fend off a double GBH Assault charge. The 60 year old was not only amazed but also resentful as it only took 10 Court dates with a motion that is similar to a trial on the issues. The 60 year old Grade 10 dropout pretender lawyer decided to ask his people to ask if he could be a politician because he needed more authority. It did not work at first. But, eventually he became Mayor of Torquay at 65 years old as he said he needed more authority. Once he was mayor, he stole the young man's law office files and claimed the files as his own, writing his name on all the pages. He also asked his son to do it and tried to put his name on all the winning judgements in the Court files stored in Court. He tried to steal the Law Firm name. It was an arrestable offence and he lost his Mayorial office as it was Misfeasance in public office, Contempt of Court, mischief, Terrorism also for an interruption of a National (Court) Service and theft of property over $5000.00. It turned out to be the largest contempt of court case in English history; any where in the world. All the Courts in the region were really shut down because of the interruption. He spoke really well about what be believed. He seems to have said that there is a national police service or a Queen, then they will come and fix it all back.
