relative à des normes minimales pour l'accueil des demandeurs d'asile dans les États membres

Règles générales relatives aux conditions matérielles

d'accueil et aux soins de santé.  

1. Les États membres font en sorte que les demandeurs

d'asile aient accès aux conditions matérielles d'accueil lorsqu'ils

introduisent leur demande d'asile.


Les États membres font en sorte que ce niveau de vie soit

garanti dans le cas de personnes ayant des besoins particuliers,

conformément à l'article 17, ainsi que dans le cas de personnes

placées en rétention.

3. Les États membres peuvent subordonner l'octroi de tout

ou partie des conditions matérielles d'accueil et des soins de

santé à la condition que les demandeurs ne disposent pas de

moyens suffisants pour avoir un niveau de vie adapté à leur

santé et pour pouvoir assurer leur subsistance.

4. Les États membres peuvent exiger des demandeurs qu'ils

couvrent le coût des conditions matérielles d'accueil et des soins

de santé prévus dans la présente directive, ou qu'ils y contri-

buent, conformément au paragraphe 3, s'ils ont des ressources

suffisantes, par exemple s'ils ont travaillé pendant une période

raisonnable.

S'il apparaît qu'un demandeur disposait de ressources suffi-

santes pour couvrir les conditions matérielles d'accueil et les

soins de santé au moment où ces besoins fondamentaux ont

été couverts, les États membres peuvent lui en demander le

remboursement.

5. Les conditions d'accueil matérielles peuvent être fournies

en nature ou sous la forme d'allocations financières ou de bons

ou en combinant ces formules.

Lorsque les États membres remplissent les conditions maté-

rielles d'accueil sous forme d'allocations financières ou de bons,

l'importance de ces derniers est fixée conformément aux prin-

cipes définis dans le présent article.

They would usually just take what they need; wherever they can take it. The economy is run by whom? The income support in Vermont, Minnesota and Massachusetts exceeds $70000.00 per year. This should be so for the whole, entire continent. But, some states and provinces, not all, are being run by income support benefit men touring boxes of undistributed emergency debit cards that they can now hand out to people in those camps. They seek public attention more than public efficacy. They have had enough time to solve the obvious. Money is the obvious issue but you wouldn't be waiting for an God fearing man to come and campaign on this issue when we know you can see the problem and solve it for us. We do not enjoy suffering, lack or insufficiency. But maybe a vengeful bum might. They are experimenting with money in terms of crypto or bit coin and its definition before they would agree to just HAVE MONEY. Money is the most important weapon in spite of all your Oppenheimer detonators that can't read help during peace time and for what when you would still need money?
