IHG is among the Hotel Groups that now operate a new customer offering that follows our proposal. The $100,000.00 works out to about $800.00 per month every month for ten years. If a customer requests a monthly rate for a room that is usually empty as based on Angel Ronan™ Actuarial evidence, then the hotel agrees to a monthly rate at no less than $800.00 for the month. It could be higher based on location but not more than $800.00 at this time. They do not have to commit to a ten year agreement when some people want only a one day rate and some people may want a month.  If they want the month and the average room is vacant based on the evidence book it for the month at $800.00.  This is valuation for the business. The client will have access to any room any where within the hotel chain’s global network if they pursue the ten year commitment by paying for at least 3 months in advance and sign to the ten month agreement.  This is a clear win- win proposal.   They are given a booking reference number. All details such as email and home address are input by the Hotel as it is a branch wide corporate offering. IHG has taken up this proposal as well as the Marriott. It was first proposed to the Accor Group and then the Sheraton. The Sheraton is now owned by the Marriott. The Hyatt Regency is also now owned by the Marriott. Some Hotels were slow to react while the Marriott with good response and receptiveness, took on the proposal and has made more money in the last three years since our direct contact proposal than they ever made in the last 40 years. The clients may pay monthly at $800.00 per month or on a lump sum basis worked out on the monthly rate of $833.33 per month rate that, over ten years, comes to  $100,000.00 paid over that 10 year period.   They can also pay several months in advance.
