Future building works will reflect our concern with urban sprawl with minimum floors in the new projects marked at no less than 30 floors or else we threaten sprawl without density that threatens farm land. Building works less than 30 storeys will reflect renovations of existing, older, small structures. But, new structures with new foundations will be 30 storeys or more to reflect the cost of a foundation and the critical issues in establishing that unique opportunity to build something new. Urban is resented and sometimes associated with tall buildings. But, new three storey buildings ONLY contribute to Sprawl. They should be 20 or thirty Storey buildings to save land mass and provide sufficient new urban spaces for people.
