Automation and Human Value. Click here.
Isn't an American worth as much as a Jamaican? The Jamaican is worth as much as the Trinidadian. They are both worth as much as the Frenchman. All should have the same benefit of the government. We take the position that, when it comes to human resources, work, muscle power and the completion of repetitive work tasks. Yet, when it comes to social support, a black man, white man, Asian or Blackhawk American born on a junkyard in Vermont is valued above and beyond most other Americans with state and federal funding as he or she receives $50000.00 Usd per year in an unconditional universal General Income Support from the age of 15 years old. This is the dichotomy. They get more than an Italian or French man whose support does not begin until 13 years old but at about $45,000.00 Usd per year. When it comes to the US, there is no reason why there is any dichotomy and division in human value based on location of birth. If you are born on a junkyard in Arkansas or the Ozarks and many other state, then you are in the socioeconomic debate on the meaningless of all American human life and the likelihood of a Ford assembly job, due to automation, is not what it used to be. Your muscle power for the completion of repetitive tasks has been retired by the power of robotic automation.
