In Third world countries with Monarchies, saying that "..if you are the Monarch, then you should be able to..." is different from saying that if you are the constitutional monarch, you should be able to..." since a constitutional monarch adheres to not only logical limits but also some constitutional limits on their relationship with the state and the national central bank while their powerful forces of influence could render the entire country bankrupt. This would never be the case involving any English monarchy evidently.
