In Canada, a universal minimum income support that covers rent and the general cost of living is not too expansive or costly it seems if you're French or resident in Quebec in other words. Every citizen of Quebec has this funding even if you are born in Alaska, Pennsylvania or some other Anglo part of North America. It is also the law. This is the problem when the law is not enforced to enable the economy in the lives of Canadians who live outside of Quebec where the universal minimum income support is also the law. Certainly, people born in Quebec may be resident outside of Quebec temporarily. They should be in the benefit of the National Obligations under the UDHR, the OHCHR and the UN ILO Recommendations R202.
