Maybe if the seed of a less mature Jesse James became President maybe in the guise of a Bill Clinton, he would rob the Federal Bank or national reserve and set up a long running stand off or covert siege against the Constitution as the most interesting man in the world using the press like Jesse James to see his authority, infamy and notoriety. Maybe he made himself Commander In Chief in perpetuity forever in a secret executive order.
