What will it take to create Smart People(TM)? As the dumbest man, he appreciates that smart devices come in white,silver, red, blue and black. Smart people(TM) also come in Black. As the dumbest man, he does not argue. The truth is that a smart world has no time for ignorance. Ignorance is when you might say that a Black Lincoln Continental can never be good enough or a Black Bugatti or a Black Google Chrome book although it certainly is good enough. It works as designed to specification. In acknowledging the importance of Smart People(TM), we acknowledge the paramountcy of the human being in the technological endeavour. All kinds of Smart People(TM) are required just as they have been prepared and designed for their purposes as citizens, consumers, potential employers, employees and utilizers of technology. There is no point to having mobile phones or vehicles or any other technology without the human being. The human being evidently designs his technology for human beings. As obvious as this may be, it seems to evade our waking reality, consciousness and emotive awareness as if we are all subject to deletion and maybe if we dont program our society in the same way we take time to program our phones, you create a socioeconomic gap large enough so that you have a discourse on general human socioeconomic value and issues of race, education, gender and orientation become magnified. They become magnified in a nonverbal discussion about who will live or die on this sabotaged, sinking socio-economy programmed for stupid disaster instead of Smart people(TM) and Smart economic fulfilment. The Black phone dies first or goes down with the Captain or something like they used to in the movies. But, in this movie no one has to die. We can program our society to serve people, the Smart People(TM) it is intended to serve in the same way we program phones to serve Smart People(TM). The issue here is how can we have Smart People(TM) without sufficient education to program them? Maybe a GED should be mandatory as completed online every 4 years and you will get your universal unconditional minimum income support. We need to know what kind of people resent the word socioeconomy? There is enough free health care and universal minimum income support for everyone. There is also enough free Google storage space. Universal Health care and the universal minimum income support are required by law. The free Google storage space is an excellent addition provided by a corporation. Health care and the minimum income support are paid for by sales tax dollars. Our happy society's operating system with its various legal codes and governing legislation requires Smart People(TM) to have the universal health care and the minimum income support so that they can fulfil their technological mandate as consumers and utilisers of our technology designed for Smart People(TM) of all kinds, colours and creeds. You said you had enough authority to rob the bank. You have enough authority to implement a universal minimum income support. It is the law.
