The truth is that there are white Lawyers and Black Lawyers with varying Law School results. Some White Lawyers obtained a 2:1 and or a B in North America and most of them obtain this result. So, wouldn't it be better to have a Black Lawyer with a 2:1 than no Black Lawyer at all? It's obvious. Why are we having this conversation?
