After several years of painstaking observation that began with the fall out of the Iron Seamstress and its affect on the economy with many women laid off from seamstress jobs, he saw the pattern of recessions and the depression in some segments of the country historically as a History graduate also while this pattern of boom and bust was not present in other parts of the country such as Vermont and Massachusetts due to a dole given to the Vermont, Massachusetts and most original 13 colony residents. This unconditional dole or support is what he referred to as the participatory remuneration. Why was it not provided to all the states when the matter of technology vs. human labor became critical around 1861; just before the civil war? Sales are important as well as product choice and market diversity but, there is no point having American market excitement in a global capitalist system if the people in the market have no money after the joblessness caused by automation that is worsened by a refusal to implement the income support that will prevent the violence occasioned by desperation; a desperation with violence that is a by product of the joblessness caused by the automation.     As such, we see a new dichotomy involving Advanced economies in Europe, Russia and Asia that make fulcrum policies the first priority vs. Neanderthal economies that are run by people who must be humanly assimilated in the surficial, verbally capable, well dressed Neanderthals who still see money as a threat to the hunter gatherers determination to pick, dig, beat, or hunt for the resources that sustain life and the Maslow needs.  They also see this world as a threat to his own hunter gatherer paradise and might be a war mongering saboteur determined to bring us back to oblivion with all the influence that was lent to  him; and we take it back since he is like carbonation in water that would make things explode in a bottle under pressure.  He is the leaven that leavens the whole lump; much like John Adams who plots to make problems in fighting the governing authority to achieve his own authority. In the current scenario, he rose up against America and the constitution itself. There was no foreign king this time. In fact, to achieve his own goals, he brought a King back; from Germany.   He get excited trying to fool people instead of help people.    Money now is a Maslow need seen in the Maslow-Lyon Hierarchy of needs. As Ecclesiastes, it answers all things. Joseph stored grain but he also gave a ration to the people daily to satisfy the Maslow needs.   Eventually, they gave the people billets or money as the ration or stipend to buy the grain. Income support is really a pure Prince Joseph of Egypt of economy.  Money itself is medium of exchange to achieve a transaction.      With Study , in the current era, of various successful and more efficient economies that grow and grow in spite of the  ongoing certainty of automation, the two simple principles  have been deduced and can now be discussed as Fulcrum policies.  They work as the essential machine oils in any economy and include (1); the universal income support of no less than $50,000.00 per year, sustaining transactional activity and also human life any where in the global economy;  and (2);  the sales tax revenue at no less than 25%.   A policy of $90000.00 per year and 50% sales tax is recommended to sustain the car industry and the new home sales industry"; an excerpt from original doctoral scholarly work.   We do not argue about airport runway quality around the world. So, we should not be arguing about economic policy.  But what of we become white before we become 10 commandment humans, with all out desire for hegemony and authority and if we are seeking authority over the phenomenon of ownership, isn't  it still a crime to kill, steal and destroy to vainly occupy property before you go to jail?  Both are critical and serve economies necessarily as designed with economic benefit and human life as well as safety in mind.      It seems Eisenhower was shot by Walter Reuther at the end of his campaign where he suggested fear of a military industrial complex instead of respecting the evident joblessness in automation to be endured whether the US Government was involved in ordering excessive surplus goods to keep people employed when Walter Reuther made the problem with automation and employment evident no matter who is ordering the trucks and cars or planes.  It seems Kennedy may have shot Eisenhower for this.  But, his democratic plan to provide Americans 3 hours of a postal workers hourly rate was helpful; Kenney's plan and Eisenhower, as a machine or community of JW's, shot him back.  It's $30 dollars/ hour today Over 365 days, $90.00/ day at 3 hours Supplementary income at $30.00 per hour is good for the economy.
