The project will involve a Second Sovereign Centre; Sovereign 2 Centre with a movie theatre also to replace the Carib but with the same owners.  There will be a park also.   The Carib property maybe be turned into an adult day high school and a town house project. The water front to the south will be revitalised to encourage small cafes, fast food shops and touristy craft boutiques with walk ways.
