All students must be enrolled. There is a free degree with course work that is not mandatory, no mandatory final test and no exam but you only get a diploma. It is not a degree. There is a paid tuition degree with course work, final test and no exam but it is a degree. There is a paid tuition degree with course, final test and challenge exams that will be graded and assessed. The purpose is to make knowledge and the degree experience more accessible. Our economy requires it. It is for the betterment of our economy. The income Support will be $80,000.00/£50,000.00 pounds per year from 12 years old. School is mandatory until A levels or Grade 12. If you do not attend, you can be arrested for truancy and made to complete education in a low security detention facility or pay a fine every day until you comply. The support is provided as a benefit for socioeconomic protection to the citizen and for the economy. It is not a reward. At 16 years old, it pays in $200.00 per day. The access to income funds will only be $300.00 per month at the bank until they turn 16 years old. The $80,000.00 per year will give Saul his independence and keep us independent of any covetousness in Saul whether Saul becomes the Prime Minister of Crasqui again or not.
