YouR deficit is related to the money spent on citizen incarceration instead of market fulfilment. You covered the deficit by borrowing from China.  You are in debt to China. Rent for a 1 bed apartment any where in America   is maybe between $300.00 to  $1000.00 per month.  You did this. You engineered this.   Either you want it this way or you don't pay attention.  You praise the rise of China all day. China did not argue with the solution provided by global capitalism.  Economies need people. You  expect to rely on Asia and the Muslims  to continually,  secretly  ship you new people like they ship you robotically made consumer goods  to make up for the citizens you have removed from your economy. Economies, towns and cities need people.  You can have a balanced, disciplined population with home grown multi-generational Black, White and Hispanic Americans; Asians and Muslims also.     The motive is not morality but capitalist functionality.   Please see the UN ILO Regulations R202.
