The catastrophe could still happen if you really need one; even if the North American economy was less of a loss operating phenomenon where there is more profit and less theft with an income support for every citizen and with a sufficient sales tax to cover all costs of operation. If the whole point is to keep wrestling with Russia about hegemony, you are going to run out of people and soldiers very soon in what has been an ongoing war of attrition so it would help if you would at least allow for an ongoing domestic population regeneration so that we do not run out of people who can grow up to be soldiers and that can help the politicians feel like they are doing something, achieving something that makes them feel nationalistic in the minds of the American masses who want to feel Rocky beat up someone named Hanz or Franz or Crewchiev; and sometimes there may be missions for soldiers in defending the North American market and its borders. We wonder if US President Kasinski or Governor Kasinski is locked in to a subconscious misguided loyalty to his Eastern European origins in some misunderstanding of what the Eastern Europeans really want. Sales Tax can run as hi as 100% theoretically to achieve your priorities paying every citizen no less than $5,000.00 per month. Your $2.00 loaf of bread becomes $4.00 with a limited tax of only 9% on vehicles. A sales tax of 23% will cover the income support obligation. This is not an issue if it is used to fund a sufficient and reasonably plentiful income support that satisfies all Maslow needs and thereby satisfying the UDHR Article 25.

A guaranteed Income Support for every citizen that satisfies the right to these various needs is the most efficient means of compliance(proposed amendment)

There is an easy way to right the ship and avoid any recession. You need to ask what, in failing to respond and resolve this nationally, is your motivation? Is it the hope of receiving a call of duty? You have a call of duty at home and not only abroad. After you answer the call at home, you could guarantee tours of duty in trouble spots around the world where there are unusual situations taking place in European tourist capitals. You could arrive as Canadian soldiers and help to deter the unrest and set up a base at the Airports. You could arrive as American soldiers but you need clearance from the EU and an invitation.

Any other Declaration of Independence can be answered with an internal police action by Russia. There is no evidence of a war crime, therefore, on which any reasonable jury could convict and to say so is an offence under the rules of the ICC as an abuse of process, a malicious prosecution and if someone was bribed to aid and abet such allegations, it is an indictable offence under ICC rules and under the laws of the EU. It is the utterance of a fraudulent statement contrary to the laws of the EU and the governing member state.

We have only seen 2 generations since slavery was abolished in the West Indies and in America. It seems there are those still struggling with a sense of worth. As a house slave, are you presumptively in more association and greater genetic proximity to the owner? Maybe we could not be equal when your neighbor was bought for $2.00 more in a busy market. Could your neighbor's friend be worth more than you because he just wrote an essay or just took a photo? But, maybe some people might react and work to devalue your neighbor's friend in schemes and home invasions to make him feel less...worth(home invasions to poison household products with the intent to burn their teeth or their hair) and then therefore everyone will feel more equal. But, what if this community would demand their children work to be real qualified lawyers, doctors, teachers and engineers and then unwittingly work to devalue this group and then under utilise them in some subconscious preference for pretenders instead of the real graduate and the really qualified when an old slave foreman and survivor of that world of human ownership would subconsciously move his people to devalue them so that he might be equal as he works as a bus driver in the midwest at 134 years old; eating fish tails 4 times a week. So, we are swimming in laws and codes that enshrine equality but we need the purposeful enforcement to achieve national goals. Equality is the law and so is clean water.
