It is rumored by fighter jet insiders that the next SU 57 variant will install a Falanx system to fend off SAMs and Air to Air missiles. The Mig 31, it is rumored, may be able to use an anti missile missile that is the size of a coke can full of ball bearings but that will be able to work as counter measures with an electronic eye ball to target the enemy AAM or SAM.
