Click here. The UK and the global Impacts of Blocage. 11/03/26 By FSJ ; Fleet Street Journal. Warren A. Lyon, Journalist. The 1990s represented a collision between two very different worlds: the Global Financial Standard (the "Service Delivery Promise") and the Post-Colonial Reality of the Jamaican diaspora. When the UK and Canadian governments implemented "secret policies"—rules that existed in the desks of civil servants but not in the law books—it created a specific type of economic warfare against families trying to enjoy their lives in Canada or move wealth across the Atlantic. But we can and must also pay the benefits. It's the law. Diversity is the rule. We can't have one false racialised monolith replaced by another. The loopholes that allow the government to finance home development is not a law. Yet, it is helpful policy after the benefit in the GTA was cancelled. The cancellation of the benefit may have been the cause for the 1990 recessions since It impacted a generation of potential home buyers who would have usually received their benefits from 13 years old in 1980 and by 1990 (at $30,000.00 per year..) they would have had $300,000.00 in benefits to buttress the buying power or buyer demand for the condo. In the year 1990, the condo was on average $80,000.00 for a two bed unit at Bamburgh Circle. Some people bought two. Warren owns one but he does not have the notice of his ownership. It adds up. It took a while for people to forget out what happened as they moved out of Toronto and then the inflows of immigrants arrived with their certain Asian benefits and savings. The loophole proposed in 1991 that enables government finance can be closed at any time. The loophole started to really bandaid the deficit in buyer finances as early as 1992. It's not law. But, we like the idea; nothing to worry about. We feel the economy is not sinking around us with a doom and gloom uncertainty as as the under- graduate while we cut carrots for the campus bar at Western. This can be closed at any time. But, equal benefits payment is the law, currently earmarked at $90,000.00 but there is no law to say it cannot be $180,000.00 within reason. $90,000.00 per year paid at $7500.00 per month is the current order set down to be actioned immediately as paid to every Ontario citizen and permanent resident. It should not take another day to see this amelioration of the current SIN or dereliction of ministerial duty. The doom and gloom now is the missing economic essential such as consumer finance. The result is an empty building and no buyers with the offering price from the government secured development is out of line with real market demand. There is not enough but there could be if we implemented the legally required benefit just as fast as we implement the non-legal loophole.

Click here. The economy and the logic of urban planning for product availability. It sounds like you’re describing a classic "spatial equilibrium" model where urban planning is perfectly optimized for convenience, yet the economic reality for the people living there is lagging behind. It’s a bit of a "mirage of plenty"—the infrastructure is ready for the consumer, but the consumer’s wallet is empty. Click here. You’ve touched on a core tension in modern economics: the gap between logistical efficiency and purchasing power.

The good attitude wins the day; This just in: it has been approved as rumoured that all Ontario Post Secondary College programs have adopted a new marking scheme to encourage participation and attendance. All enrolled students will graduate on one condition; that they attended all lectures and classes with any "in class" participation. This will render a PASS or a D. You must at least attempt all assignments, tests and sit the final exam. You do not have to pass or finish the tests, assignments or exams but you cannot leave the tests unattempted but must show participation. Higher results will require participation in the tests, projects and exams for potential final results such as C, C+ B, B+ or A. The joblessness occasioned by automation demands an occupation of our time, energies and retraining. Young persons need to appreciate the consequences of their actions and fiduciary duties on a job and the demands of job contracts. If for any chance they cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness they must provide a doctor's note confirming the same and nothing further. If no such note is available, then immediate graduation is not confirmed and then test and exam participation is required in the hope of achieving graduation. FSJ News.

It could be a Huguenot habit to interrupt the Kings government to get attention, block his administration to see what he would do. This historical comparison is fascinating because it highlights exactly how "obstruction" can be used as a political weapon. You are describing what historians often call the Huguenot "State within a State."

Angel Ronan SHOKUNIN Reports: There is a roadblock to the fulfillment of the law as to the provision of Consumer Money benefits; an emotional and cultural one. All government benefits programs must be known and knowable under the law especially when public funds are being dispensed. We cannot have secret programs where some creature or cadre of creatures does not want us to really see the program or it's availability; that the consumer money benefit has to be more of a treasure hunt like a dog or bear foraging for a food or a bone; or to the content of the West Indian marooned in the 6th generation ( with his techy government phone company job used to interrupt system expectations) you will see some people have resources and see some who do not. So they make it spurious, difficult. To save lives in the current milieu, the government and it's retail partners could update point of sale terminals to accept Health Card numbers at hotels and major supermarkets. It could be entered on-line on transit ticket portals to pay for tickets until the government is resolved to run a normal benefit system pursuant to law in Canada that pays the consumer money benefit to all citizens and who would resent the fulfillment of the law in this context? Apparently, Ontario is adopting this quick "minutes to solve it" update with their various stake holder partners. Hotel transactions up to 30 days in reservation is accepted. Other transactions are limited to $190.00 per day on the card as promised allegedly by the current football fan Premier. This is a 24 month agreement. After that, it is expected that payments will be made to all Ontario citizens in the new plan at $6000.00 per month. You will be able to log in online at "My Ontario.ca etc" and see your payment and opt for a payment frequency on a weekly, daily, or monthly basis. Canada is the United Kingdom. All European systems follow this model with the availability of the health card to be used as payment as a back up when bank cards could get lost or you were mugged at a local swimming pool. There are too many victims of this kind.

Angel Ronan SHOKUNIN Reports: The Ice Minnesota debacle is more an expression of that National complexion identity struggle and hopefully a temporary one but America was never just a white nation with official white authority figures who could just do what they want. They must follow the law. This perspective gets to the heart of the crisis: the "complexion" of national identity and the fundamental question of whether the rule of law applies equally to federal agents. The events in Minnesota—specifically Operation Metro Surge—have become a flashpoint for this exact debate. Here’s how the current legal and social landscape reflects your points: 1. The Challenge to "Official Authority" You noted that authority figures "must follow the law," which is exactly what the state of Minnesota is arguing in federal court. * The Lawsuit: Attorney General Keith Ellison’s lawsuit (filed Jan 12, 2026) argues that the federal government is violating the Tenth Amendment (states' rights) and the First Amendment (by retaliating against protesters). * Legal "Back and Forth": There is a massive struggle over who "follows the law." Just yesterday (Jan 21), the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily lifted restrictions that had stopped ICE from using pepper spray and non-lethal munitions on peaceful protesters. It is just that ICE has no legal mandate to usurp police powers or exercise police powers to manage protesters any where in the US. Their only ICE mandate is the serving of immigration warrants with apprehension to be dealt with by local police. The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling is a fraud since there was no file at the Court of Appeals but a media report suggesting the same. It could be that the Obama foundation is projecting their fears of a racist double minded nation and pushing the debate to find the weaknesses. It seems that the judgement was suggested by foreign news sources loyal to a foreign plan at US destabilisation. The evidence is the current head of Ice Enforcement Operations who is a Canadian fired from his bus driver job that he once held in a Canadian small city. How does he end up as the enforcer of immigration warrants with no US ID of his own? He is the subject of the current movie Fight All Day for a Normal America. He is also dead it seems.

Rule of Law. FSJ News and Rule of Law Report January 6th, 2025. The US is the ultimate Narco state US influence in Latin America with the White Anglicised Latino coming home so to speak dates back to the 1800's. It's not a bad thing. In the case of Venezuela, post WW2 involvement in Venezuela is seen in the 1950's. The attitude on income support in the US economy is a cull on the economy itself. Maybe we thought that the US economy is more electrified than any other economy in the world with all transactions being very possibly an electronic transaction that is quickly accounted for and taxable for that essential sales tax earning. The British economy earns more in sales tax. The Irish economy earns more in sales tax than the US. South Africa earns more in sales tax. In the economies mentioned above, the sales tax and also the income support are requisitely sacredly enforced national tenets of defensive economic policy. They rely on their own people to finance consumer activity; not well financed people from other economies as some do who have no settled identity of their own; a bad habit that we find originated in Jamaica and that we find no where else except in the US and Canada where essential benefit policies are not followed unusually but interrupted. The US uses smaller western and Latin nations as a scape goat for their problems. The US is dishonest. The US economy is smaller in national tax earnings although it's a relatively large electrified, networked territory and this decoys the issues when everything is always on sale and always on discount as one of the most lowly funded peoples on the planet; they argue and the Virago and sometimes a national leader comes forward who could not confess any more honestly about that bad habit of not finding value in his own people as the requisite people but invites all the world to come. Then he threatens them as if they are not documented residents or citizens; he is a cost that is just tremendous as he asks us to do nothing else but pretend with him; the easy requisites that are as simple as watering the lawn are not resolved; as simple as adding an extra 4 cents a minute to Maine and Rhode Island's benefit or ensuring This is done across the country if the state is not already paying at least $70,000.00 USD per year. Yet all the fast shopping and fast food activity decoys the issue. The issue is that there is no enough "Consumer Money" in the lives of the average North American. We will call it requisite Consumer Money instead of income support benefit since the job is less certain during automation and AI and the money is really provided to enable purposeful requisite economically necessary Consumer activity. The US earns less in national sales tax than France or Zimbabwe, less than China or India. This is because they do not collect a national sales tax on consumer transactions. This is clean, easy money; not market closing and economy retarding tariffs. The fear is their irresponsibility with the resources globally, their failure to finance their economy to ensure the absorption of manufacturing and their tendency towards purposeless foreign campaigns for militaristic expression of US hegemony. Dark economies emerge based on drug trades apparently and the US is in denial. The evidence of guilt is their failure to comply with UN regulations as affecting the quality of human life. They are the White Latino drug lord...a Pinochet so to speak and some US leaders are worse than others. Money is provided somehow for drug dealing but not Consumer Money. We don't need any racist Latino, using Latin America as a footstool to confirm his new white social arrival. That is evil; done.
