Lyon has proposed an inactivity App for all android and I Phone smart phone. It will alarm if you have not picked up the phone in 1,2,3 or 10 minutes. You can set a timer on the app. The app will have a ring tone sound notification such as a human Voice that says "... 'phone owner' or 'Hey dude' your phone" ring, a woman's scream or a man's scream, an R2D2© sound of a C3po© voice or a siren. There is no such app at present. When it goes off, it will also send a notification by email to confirm it's location and it will also send confirmation of location to the Interpol mainframe. It will also confirm who is in physical possession of the phone if it is recovered by another human being. We are seeking a development partner and have contacted various computer companies for development of this useful app. It may be a Google ™ app once we finish our proposal. We also have sent a proposal for a Google ™ police smart phone that can complete spectral analysis of saliva to confirm blood alcohol or drug intoxication content. It can also confirm the nature of various samples and it will call on existing technology to achieve the purpose. This is a proposal that does not carry much individual intellectual property value and we will keep assessing it's originality that may rest in the miniaturisation of some existing technology that we should be achieved through a wet/dry sensor on the back of the phone that can then analyse the samples placed in the sensor. But hold on. The wet/dry sensor in the form of a square is the original content in our designs. We can build anything. The phone is not necessarily a Google™ device but an android device. No particular offer has been sent to Google™ yet. We hope for an intellectual property exchange where you can enter your idea into a website and one of several bidding large corporations can purchase the idea.
