A new concept called "Safe Sleepers ™"; A novel kind of Hostel is emerging that is essentially a giant open space coffee shop with fountain juice, tea, coffee, gravy and fries or crisps, bread and cheese served 24 hours per day on the ground floor. Did you know the average baby is 7 pounds at five months of gestation? Keeping the baby in the womb for longer is not ancient wisdom. Hotels or Hostels are about hospitality. We dint give a f#+£+I if the customer is White or Black etc. We just want them to feel hospitality. Tell them to help themselves if it's a buffet you are offering that morning. Providing a "help your self" towel service at the front door is a not a good new idea. Keep the towels behind the front desk and let them ask as we don't know who just fingered his wife and forgot to wash the fish off of his hands. Wouldn't your hands smell like fish if you fingered your wife? Hotels and Hostels are not designed for the personal profit of the employees who misuse corporate assets for personal gain when the buildings are always terribly vacant. The floors in most Ibis Budget Hotels are the same as the floors in malls, airports or Refugee centres and the bathrooms are self contained within the unit; they have happy clean function and are pleasant to work in and safe for the occupant but are not glamorous. But, hotel staff should not use corporate assets for personal gain. The business is based in hospitality and the staff should exude this detached, impersonal, professional hospitality. Sometimes the staff at the Holiday Inn are more hospitable than staff at other chains like the new Play Room Moxy that offers the same White Sheets as Holiday Inn but at some unusually high price for a decentred, t shirt and sandals décor. The Moxy might be wise to become a global Hostel and take $1000,00's more per week. It would be tremendously popular with a self serve automatic coin or cash operated pizza oven machine at every location. So, now we ask what is the evidence in the hotel industry? The evidence is that the building is 90% vacant. So, vacancy says there is no revenue as intended if it's vacant. It's vacant at $100.00 a night so we ask what happens if we set the price at $40.00 a night. We see that the building is not as vacant. In fact, there are more bookings. There really are more bookings. There is more money. But, you say this is not how you want to feel at $40.00 a night. Your prestige is affected as front desk employees. It could not be that the industry runs in an extortion principle. More bookings means there is more money. There is a Mercure and an Ibis Budget side by side and they are both empty for the same ownership company. But, they are less empty now at $40.00 per night. We could use a supply and demand chart. We see that at the current rate, there are maybe 4 guests per night. At $40.00 per night, the number of guests increases to about 70 a night in the immediate change of Rate since the competition may continue to argue with the revenue observations made here. The other factor is location and Maybe there is a hotel guest that might choose to spend time at a hotel more often yet otherwise, he will stay Home. But, if the average hotel is empty, why would a hotel conglomerate start a new Franchise called Meet or Greet or something very similar? It's very nice though. Maybe it is to keep pace with the hip, new Moxy hotel competing chain from the Marriott. The hotels are less empty, utilising our monthly account proposal as based on a minimum 6 month agreement. It uses to be 10 years. However, if the guest wants a single month at the monthly rate, we provide it. We recommend $833.33 per month that would work out to about $100,000.00 over 10 years. You buy a large pizza for $2.00 more when you need a large pizza. If you only need one night, you order one night at $100.00. If you need a month, you get a month at $800.00. We say $800.00 per month for an easily marketable number. If the necessity of a hotel is really based on current need as it arises as based on location although all the buildings tend to be empty at the current rate regardless of location, then the industry says it is logical to find a way to earn more money on the current vacancies. The rate would demand adjustment to achieve the objective; thereby earning more for what is a business. The rate in the newspaper set at around $50.00 a night is just based on an attempt to achieve false esteem as if you are trying to set the price of your own worth. But, the building is empty. We can all work together to plagiarise success. Marriott has implemented and Accor have implemented the per month/par mois rate is proposed to them by Warren A. Lyon. Thet have also implemented the ten year account concept payable at $833.00 USD per month for the years for the super travellers thet gives them a month access at any location. They can extend for additional months in their account. When signing up for the ten year account, they have to pay 2 months in advance. Moxy is a new near bottom fourth tier hotel package but cheap and cheerful in appearance. I think it works for the most intelligent modern travelling. We also see that most hotels are good looking buildings with attention getting architecture. But, they are empty at night. I think Jesus was born in the hotel or the INN and not in the manger. There was room in the INN. But, what is the point of a good looking building if there are no guests. You cannot force people to book at the rate you set and certainly there are so many hotels. The average rate is still about &$¥€ 100.00 currency. But, the average occupancy rate might be 5 people in that beautiful building. A woman might be a man"s first church or Christian ministry but you can not Force her to be your genuine friend. If she is not your genuine friend, what is the point? Would it be better to have 5 guests at £/&/¥€ 100.00 currency and only 500.00 currency earned a day or 50 guests a night at 40.00 currency a day? The price is soo mow and it affects my self esteem or maybe I should not attach my self-esteem to the room rate but to the earnings per week and at 40.00 currency a day, I earn more than at 100.00 currency a day where the building is really beautiful but empty. At 40.00 currency we expect at least 50 reservations a day at any location since it's a location based Industry and that will bring earnings to 2000.00 currency a day instead of 500.00 to 900.00 currency a day. We could automate the service with check in machines that will dispense the key card also for your room and print an invoice as well as email a copy. But, what if you declined a printed invoice and decided to leave the hotel before entering your room or what if you decided not to get your receipt just as you paid at the automated cashier just when a security guard stops you at the front door to ask wait are you doing with all these things and asks to see your receipt although he is not supposed to do that and you chose not to get one? The opportunity for the receipt is gone and you paid cash so there is no transaction on your store card. The receipt is essential in the world of automated transactions before a Security Guard or store staffer interrupts the law and also interrupts your consumer quiet. They could ask you to prove you paid. What proof do you have? Where is your receipt? They have video evidence that you paid if it came down to that. What if the machine ran out of paper? There are televisions also and enough of them for private use where you can watch your Netflix. The entire idea is being proposed to Primark, McDonald's, Burger King and Starbucks with IBIS and a good hostel company. They, Primark, run large buildings betting on a profit on $10.00 shirts and $5.00 under wear. No earnings are guaranteed. The hostel/motel/hostel business is not going away where they hope to earn money offering lodging at $17.00 to $25.00 per night. Nothing is guaranteed but maybe the average hostel earned more money on 300 people at about $15.00 per night. That is more, $4500.00, than Holiday Inn earned last night where they only had 10 official guests at $125.00 per night or fewer guests at the average hotel. We see a niche market with travellers seeking lodging at $/£20.00 or less. 70 bookings a night per location at £/$15.00 is £/$1050.00 per night. The hostels will be revamped with a gym style shower room with lockers and benches like what is seen at the average public pool; at least one per building. The major hotels will now take safe rate walk- in guests and safe rate online bookings at $25-$30.00 per safe rate per night, per person who can stay from 9 pm to 8 am with an independent ensuite wash room since the fucking building is empty, almost totally, every night. These hotels and pub restaurants must keep an eye on all revenue streams. For instance, can we say at one location with a Micro Pub, what the revenue is for all coffees ordered or the revenue for all food and bar drinks. This is what we need to know so that no one can hijack the bar alone and take all the bar cash and card orders for himself while the food orders are calculated separately. So, why not increase revenue. The safe rate is not convenient and is designed as a last minute type of offer. It is only for a few hours and does not meet the average travelers needs as they would have to wait around until 9:00 pm, feeling a little sad. 70 bookings per night at £/$30.00 is £/$2100.00 per night at almost every location or across the chain with at least one location in every major town offering the rate. Most locations will not be busier but there will be more business across the entirety of the hotel chain. $2100.00 per night X 30 days is $/£63,000.00 per month. The problem is that many people in the industry who work at the front desk etc associate their own personal worth to the room rate charged per night and some say they will not feel successful unless the rate is $100.00 or more. The real issue is not what you book per night for one customer but how much you earn per night or per month. We need a Cuban to run the hotel industry. A "per month" rate is also still available in the Angel Ronan ™ proposal at $/£ 800.00 per month if you request it. Those who are anxious for self- valuation will focus competitively on the amount for the day rate. Those who think about competition for more business and will lower the posted rate accordingly to obtain more bookings. A vacation to Cuba is always a few hundred dollars less than a Jamaican vacation for the same sun, sea and tropical food in the Caribbean sea. Cuba is always nearly sold out. Jamaica has a number of hotel properties but they are nearly fully vacant. They estimate there will be 240 Extra bookings per night on the safe rate. We also now propose the opportunity for guests to text room service from their mobile device or email. About bookings, Some may have been booked on the side by the enterprising front desk clerk who will share half with the head office. He had 40 guests on his own book at $833.00 per month. He will send half to the head office. The hostels will have a full public gym with showers and lockers, a restaurant and also a hostel with several dormitory rooms and some private rooms. The gym shower with lockers will be accessible for free to hostel guests. So, we have ideas like PRIONS ™( prayer in French) and now also Safe Sleepers ™ and I know Egyptian people and black people have ideas all day long that help. There are brown or black people and some white people, however, who do see the Brown Egyptian person with ideas as a threat; a residual Neanderthal Aboriginal reaction to any help that the agent of civilization may bring. We would not call the resentment racism since both Black and white tend to have the same resentment of the Black idea guy. They would prefer to steal than to cooperate. They would kill instead of cooperate. Cooperation is emblemised in the pyramid. It could be normal in any context to see someone with ideas as threat when you are the eternal ship captain although a sail could be a great help or a motor also. You should not kill. But, if you are going to use the idea and the résumé and download the photos, when will you go to jail? Maybe get your own personality and take your own phone photos. Have some self respect. So, this problem in terms of resenting and hindering vs. cooperation might be called NeaNderthal Aboriginal-ism instead of racism when people regardless of colour are engaged in the problem. It might break down to a "day one" reaction between brown Egyptian Aboriginals intending to build stone henge as a civilizational marker and the originally brown Cheddar that might have been in a war over territory and maybe also kin. There are shared professional gym showers with lockers, wide spacious Toilets and sinks. There is also a Co working space and a Primark shop with laundry and dry cleaning facilities. Access to the gym showers alone is $10.00/£10.00. Access to rent a locker is $5.00. There are pod sleeping units also available for a maximum of 8 hours sleep. They will carry a $10.00 charge. There is a company called the Planet ™ owned by Volkswagen that has occupied a government owned building at St. Pancras/Kings Cross that used to be an old Travelodge and Evening Standard Newspaper headquarters. It is full of timeless late 1960's and early 1970's architectural confidence with hints of wood and raw cement, blended with custom made leather chairs. It is rumoured it's ground floor lounge will be open 24 hours a day now, offering coffees and teas. There are also micro units that are only 150 square feet with a cot bed, a locker and desk. These are $20.00)£20.00 per night. Access to shower room is included. These micro units do not have washrooms. But there is a key, shelves and hangers. The beds are plastic and the guests can spread their own sheets. Regular hotel rooms are also available in the building. There will be ALUSRA ™ (formerly Prions ™) security cameras in all electric wall sockets and light sockets where the camera is much like a mobile phone camera and will provide extra security. ALUSRA ™( formerly Prions ™) is a home and business security system designed by Warren A. Lyon. There are also regular hotel rooms in the complex if converting the building will make it possible where some guests would like that facility with a TV, hair dryers and kettles. I went to Buckingham Palace yesterday and various ideas just dawned on me. Moxy, as rumored, in response to customer interests is now offering 8 days at 3 different European destinations for $1000.00. 100 reservations of this kind per quarter is a $100,000.00; more than what the small, tiny new Marriott Moniker takes in at this time when people are just getting used to the cool, new approach to hotel marketing.
