Vermont, Delaware. Minnesota and Massachusetts are tiny states but everybody regardless of ancestry has a universal minimum income support of no less than $40,000.00 per year. But, many big states with big buildings and more wealth presumedly are run by bums and their economies do not have a universal minimum income support. Did you know that according to a book written by Montesquieu that white and black refer only to the legally enslaved in North America; Africans and Aboriginals describable as black or white based on complexion who had not yet joined an established church congregation or church that could ensure their rights as citizens?
