You have hot and cold piped in clean water every where in the world except in South African townships 20 miles outside of a major city. This is what the International laws say. The standard of life in America generally fails expectations 1 and 2. This makes expectation number 3 problematic and redundant; shooooo! We need to do something about that; shooooo!!!
