In new analysis of anti social behaviour, they have decided that terrorism involves micro and macro instances of terrorist behavior.  Theft of mail is certainly a criminal offense but it is also an attack on state or domestic systems and infrastructure to achieve personal vendettas, personal harassments or political goals or agendas. what about being in possession of stolen property belonging to another contrary to the Queen's peace and the owner of the property is in another country?  It seems to be similar fact evidence and now you have your 28 year old daughter( or creature) trying to pay for the stuff you evidently forgot to pay for the other day genuinely and instantly.   Is the stuff you were given as evidently belonging to another something you knew belonged to someone else or you are not entirely sure. But, possession of stolen property is an offence. Maybe you have a defence.  I dont know.
