There are only a few economies in the world that suffer from the following variable: "I don't know if you will have enough but I know I will because I am white." The proceeding statement is the deliberate unspoken but evident economic variable running through Western Anglo Economies. This is evident because there is no doubt that the Anglo is capable of understanding the problem involving jobs and automation affecting the economy as there are fewer and fewer jobs for people. He is also capable of understanding and writing the solution. The solution if applied to all citizens regardless of complexion with funding to satisfy the cost of living and indirectly finance the condo rental and apartment rental market would, however, end any question of human survival. Could an errant human being with a laptop be able to broadcast his suggestion that there is a question of potential human survival based on complexion in this era of evident technological change? It is evident that this change is bringing in a new dawn of more humanless labor. While refusing to implement the solution involving a universal minimum income support, we see that the errant human being with bad motivators wishes to celebrate and worship the notion that says, "If am white, I know I will survive this automation." This errant human being is found in certain regions of the Anglo world where the universal, unconditional minimum income support is officially policy but it has not been implemented as yet in compliance with the national agenda as following the example of Manitoba and Quebec where citizens regardless of complexion do receive funding yearly at amounts near $50000.00 per year paid monthly.
