Any country that can't figure out the following details on its own and just pay it's citizens the income support is a just a jewel of inhumanity.

In spite of all the languages  and cultures  we could adorn natively as English creoles, civic health is a culture, functionality is a culture and certainty is a culture; economic certainty. 

Couldn't we be able to say that white is functionality and certainty in paying all citizens, every color and complexion, their benefits? Isn't that "white"?  

If we collect $15.00 /hour on 1% sales tax from every restaurant earning $1500.00 per hour, how much do we collect when it is 13% sales tax? 

We can afford the income support if we pay $6.00 per hour per citizen as income support since you can see collect more than we pay out.  This means our calculation can be cubicle and square. We can afford the income support just as we can  see it.  

When the sales tax is 13% we collect $195.00 per hour from any one restaurant earning $1500.00 an hour in sales; the average Popeyes, Dominoes or Burger King.  15000 restaurants earning $1500.00 per hour will bear us in sales tax at 13% in one hour a total of ( $195.00 per hour x 15000 =) $2,925,000.00  per hour.  Over 24 hours, we earn $70,200,000.00.   In one year, we earn $25,623,000,000.00( $25.623 billion).

  The above amount would cover 492,750 people receiving the $6.00 per hour  

that works out to $52000.00 year in approximation. 

Now that you see it works, the question is what do you intend to do? For our self preservation, national defence and international integrity, we need to pay every citizen an income support in compliance with the UDHR instead of compliance with the Grendel hillbilly that asks you to cover his sin in that he stole the benefit money and school books from all of his children.   What would you like to do?  

  The only combatant fighting white hegemony is itself. Its White but does not have money like a European. Only the white North American native is white and maybe the Australian, emerging white after generations of many beers and  sausage to finally  look like that...way.  He calls his darker native cousin, black.   But it does not mean they should not have money.  They should have money. 

It, white,  does not seem to understand  nor does it respect money's necessity but wants to assault Europe with nothing but its dna; if we would eat them or mate with the wild woman or take on the wild man as a son. But, they are asking us to help them kill someone before they would submit to the laws and government.  They have many days and hours to think.   Who has a "Do Nothing" Policy and how would it really look if you could say you are "doing nothing", how does it sound? How would it look if you do nothing when you are getting a salary? Warren likes the British accent though; jolly fun.... swimmingly rather. But, isn't efficiency white?  Isn't economic certainty White? Isn't obedience   to the law white? The law is the UDHR. Isn't it white? Black aspires to be less Black and more White unusually because when Granny was a child in Slaigoville, she took any book she had as the "authority" and very few of these books had been printed with Black ink characters in them. Some of the Tom Sawyer books had such characters and also books written by Alexander Dumas or the Othello book did. But it was hard to say since the printers had to use a lot of ink that would run in hot temperatures all over the old lady's white dress. 

But, you want us to know what it is like to be mistreated by a White person who thought he was more white than you and who stole $2.00 from you when you made a deposit at the bank as a 14 year old but they never gave you the deposit receipt and when you came back with the statement that did not show the deposit,  they asked you if you have a receipt for the deposit you are looking for and you said, "...the devil but I will be you takes from children and eat you and until I am equal."  But, now that you have the authority how can we solve it forever instead of you having to be eaten like those who stole from you and how can you steal from all of us? 

We build new economic spaces with tremendous  building architecture every day in the economy but we have not provided the domestic population the money to occupy themselves in these spaces and to enjoy them. Then, we are looking for people to come with money and occupy, people from other countries.  This is not thinking functionally but expression it seems of something deep within.  Something has to be done yet you say in resistance; "no...no...no."   So, why did I do this? It is because I was sure I could do it and make them give everything, make them pay for it.  

You now see that the Architects and the developers have gotten involved with the income support to ensure sufficient involvement by the domestic population and domestic occupation of the projects.  They have connected to this function of the government and taken over a facet of the program since the entire project is earmarked as government housing. What facet of the tenants/occupants are paying housing rents? How much is that expected to be?  The tenant pays direct to whom they are advised  to pay.  The tenant pays a nominal $20 per month to the building directly in perpetuity.     

There is no point in suggesting war is coming because you don't know when you are losing or winning from day to day.  You are losing because you don't have as much money as any of the Vietnamese, the Chinese, the Koreans, the Singaporeans, the Russians or the Ukrainians. You have lost your mind or you are like a man with a naked woman in front of him. She says do something and so maybe you are circumcised or uncircumcised, and so do something. Have fun.   I am uncircumcised.  But, we cannot have a "do nothing policy" in front of a naked woman or in front of an underfunded economy.  We can do something my good man. What is natural to you or us. Laissez Faire: I just wanted to know if I was a damn fool; you understand. I kept saying, "Wait...wait.....leave alone"  to him and I asked one of the helpers to put my urine in his tipple.  I wanted to know what they do if anything, why they have money and don't really work and they are the ....I thank God.  But I worked as a bus driver and saw horrible things, got angry and this is what I did. The evidence of my scheme is that you, the population, have no money or you don't have enough and then if he is just a cave man or son of the "..do not know how to think",  he will have his cave man's authority and hegemony and then eventually he will have to pay for the debacle and he will also ask if there is a machine that could do it but he does not want you to tell him anything.  His glory is his glory. All he had to ask  is why the Ex Chequer asked him what he thinks the English should do. 
You see what we are dealing with. Many people  are afraid of me that I could see it this way and scheme but there are people who scheme this way and some might be on to me and may sound the alarm that anyone could think in this way; using and defeating the administration.  

 So, I bet on a war, I won and faked my death in 1946  and took off to enjoy my wealth with new identification since if there is a king, it has to be who if not who? Maybe some are and what do they look like?  Hear God this time...a little money paid to the plebes with certainty and we take it back as sales tax and fees.  If we do, the economy will never be a drag or bum. We will set the English sails high again; my good man. 

  The evidence in the history is the  failure and error of the Laissez-Faire way while we boast in the Anglo news like  really difficult people, out of order people ( just out of order) about Tiger economies as the key ports of Anglo investment; Tiger economies that have no debate about direct cash injection as regular consistent income support; for all as this makes the economy pop like it's hot and zing like it's on fire.

When it comes to economics, it is the English and the Americans alone that took this "do nothing" approach and in Europe it did not take place with the "Let do" idea found no where else.  It has to be taken over like Vietnam was taken over for resisting a regular, sufficient income support.  

We look  into it further and it seems there was Anglo policy to answer the joblessness occasioned by the mechanisation of labour but it was not actioned due to schemes to see what "they" understand  first.  They should have arrested us if we could hold up the economy and the benefits policy as we call it Laissez-Faire, take what we want and then abandon it to see what he would do. There is no genuine question in asking if the Tube trains should run backwards. 

Joblessness is moneylessness and must be answered by active interaction.  It's the one thing that the free market needs. You have a Tiger economy with the direct money injection.  Without it, you have a depression  or desperation.  To suggest it is French policy as follows is an alibi but it was more the do nothing favoured by destabilizers who wanted to upset  the class order and the deck of cards as to ownership to take up the cards where they fall  for their own benefit. The owners are dead as the leading classes and held in  responsibility for the desperation and crisis. We all know something  can  and must be done.  Laissez Faire would  be a cunning  Jamaican or West Indian.
