So, maybe we reduce the sales tax to zero and then this would have its ramifications like low government revenue or billions in lost revenue. Then you want to say you are saving money as you cancel the income benefit of any new government employee and you expect him to work, pay rent, buy groceries with the job only paying for his daily needs. This affects economic stimulus. We could increase sales tax by 0.5 % and then give the population an extra 3 cents per minute. They have enough to spend more as you wanted and just as energetically, briskly or frequently.
