The COPS TV Show. No one knows what happened to these white and black Americans except that when washing their dogs, they should be careful about neighbors watching them as they lead the dog around on a leash and the 15 year old White Canadian high school drop out next door calls 911 and says the gentleman "White American" is strangling and whipping his dog but no one is whipping anything except what is really happening afterwards for the life of the dog and what about the human? This scenario was aired on the COPS TV Show involving a police department in Pennsylvania where the accused man was arrested and his pants were pulled down by a male officer and government employee where he says DOA to the accused man. He was white or black but certainly an American.. Are you American. Did you shoot him? An American white woman recently saw the broadcast and is rumored to be suing the state of Pennsylvania as a Texan for $200,000,000.00 with the episode as evidence for nervous shock and other Tortious injuries. The question is why she saw it on tv; but in 2015? The state of Pennsylvania, as rumored, has chosen to settle the matter out of Court apparently since the the facts are admitted and evident on video; episode 8 and season 20.
