So, then human civilization is about 10,000 years old.   He who threatens not to cooperate on the income  support for every North American is that aboriginal who threatens directly or indirectly to knock down what ever currently incomplete recitation of true civilization that we endeavour to enjoy here in North America. This dna could be in al of us so when some of us have sufficient income support in North America to satisfy all human needs but not all of us have this income support, we see a phenomenon that reminds us of an economy with bad corners with low economic performance that is much like an engine with a bad piston or two; really something we say is no good!!  So, we say that a bush man economy in the modern world is identifiable when the bush man refuses cover himself and his people with cash/ with an income support as in cooperate to cover all of the people with an income support.  If you lived in Europe, would it not be unusual if one country in your association or geographical proximity refused to guarantee and ensure that everyone with their NI/sin  card and right to work has an income support while every other nation in that geography has maintained an income support?   At the current moment, every time they deliberately pay only the  transgender they have also deliberately refused to pay the non transgender.  This is economically self defeating as a first point of concern when only a small fraction of the population has the ability to pay and be a customer for the vehicles and what is the point of selling vehicles if there is an insufficient number of customers with the ability to pay?  

We then ask what is the point of the product with no customer or the product  and the advertising in America with insufficient customers with ability to pay or lots of  product with customers that cannot afford the product?   This is North America.   So, when do we cooperate now that we understand the problem and that WAR is not the solution to stoke economic performance and activity when WAR may be the subconscious solution we have arrived at in previous generations.    Why is this happening in the English world when we are the relatives of the Dutch and the Germans and the Norwegians where they hand out peace prizes?  The Europeans are not coming to try to repopulate North America.  This will say their New world North American market as cultivated over the last few years is evaporating; the market that involves people and the buyers of European products.   

The solution is the provision of money per citizen and more money added to the income support when the income support is outweighed by the average cost of goods/ the cost of living.  The problem with an economy that does not provide an income support to every citizen is less evident with foreign travellers, foreign business owners and foreign property ownership.  

There is a guy who walked  out of his chemistry exams but he is still a good guy and it might be that he had a bout of the flu.  Give him that piece of gum if he asks and that should be enough for him to be thankful.  All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.  

We also say that a cup of coffee at 290 ml per cup and sometimes  $1.00 to  $2.00 per order is worth more to Exxon than a litre or gallon of gasoline or diesel. It is also cheaper to produce.   Do you see the point?  Liquid fuel is dead when 500 kpa  of hydrogen non- liquid gas that is produced with no Drilling or Spilling (Jesus!! It will not happen again.) is more profitable in terms of low, low  production costs than fossil based liquid fuels for motor vehicle transportation.  Also, mobile phone services are more profitable than liquid fuels.  We should not abuse this and keep services competitive as prices will drop for such services.

So, if cooperation that provides an income support  to every citizen universally and unconditionally to ensure a productive market dynamic with certain, sure economic activity with no recessions or depression where it is achievable with or without super computers where such cooperation is the general underlying rule of any mature, regenerative society we than ask what is taking place in the Anglo world where we see many economic debates and discussions that would impinge on the livelihood of the occupants of these territories and this is not good for the manufacturers and producers of consumer goods of all kinds where the goods are subject to high rates of theft in these lands; and Warren's Alusra(TM) supermarket system will make such theft impossible within a supermarket or retail environment essentially with a bluetooth radio tagged product label right from the manufacturer. It will have a bar code also evidently but if the bluetooth signal is not cancelled at the cash register electronically, the signal will sound  when the customer exits the door.  We have  our intellectual property concept to NCR for discussion and  it is believed that we can build this system.  

So, now then what type of human are we looking for that would have had 10 sons with 10 families around him in a town living interconnectedly as they attend sermons on Sunday or the big dinner in the dining hall once a week where that human does not resist this multiplication of his own existence, life and progeny although in an earlier incarnation of his soul, he would have resisted this as separation and division; a kind of wrestle-viticus instead of Leviticus?   What if such an incarnation is among us today?  Leviticus is enough in terms of response and maybe we place a dna in a mobile phone or in the water system that will lead him in a cooperative direction or it will be in the One A Day vitamins or in the breads and cereals that we could enjoy the settled existence sold to us in the media and this would presume the woman would not wrestle with Leviticus also or she might is she is one in this swath of wrestling dna (A fossil human resurrected in the modern world) that would wrestle with giving birth and raising a baby in her family's home or the home of her in laws some how although she never worked out how to do this on her own and then noticed that she was missing these milestones in her life at 65 years old.  Why are you around him or anyone that knows him? Just give him a call.    This would cover so to speak and she has family.  Right now, she is testifying as a fossil human. Maybe she is a dead sea scroll urn from Potiphar's wife's remains. If she is reading Cosmopolitan, then forget about it really; not a good sign but maybe we can see what we can do to cooperate as its; (Yah!!!) not too bad.  It works!   The point is that we would presume that if she was in your grade 8 class and you danced with her and she was from any part of the world, maybe from England or Asia or the West Indies, that by the time you both finish High School and go to university, do your own university work without plagiarising the black guy to eventually graduate to get jobs that you need for money; that you could settle down, buy a nice town home and raise some children with the mutual expectation that you are both in this for 100 Chinese New Years or Kwanzas or the Hannukah or the Christmas.  But, we can cut the "post secondary education for jobs" bit out of the equation if you maybe you know to move to your aunt's home n Nova Scotia, Richmond Hill, Oshawa, London, Ontario or Kitchener but not Guelph or Whitby or Newmarket.  This was some hop scotch economy designed to tell the world that he has authority to make it work or commit gender hatred crimes and genocide on targeted postal code locations. 

The travel document passport will soon be confirmed by a bar code/QR code secondary document that the traveller can keep on his phone or tablet or maintain on his email account that will help him with replacement if the actual paper, booklet is lost, stolen or destroyed. No other secondary document is required in replacement since it is a human emergency and how do we design rules and codes cooperatively for our Mutual benefit, ensuring security is maintained and also the sanctity and safety of the human? You are the temple of the one God. So, we cooperate to maintain the temple. We begin with the income support for every citizen.   The tragedy of a lost document and being unable to replace the same may  be tremendous and justifies maybe eventually bar coding the human being to ensure he can be assisted.  What if a Traveller is totally mugged or unable to find his documents after a boating accident?  How do we maintain the survivors?    Will we tell him to fend as a mugging victim? What if we cannot identify him or her with documents if mugged?    The next question is what do you say to humans that do not wear clothing, that are not covered in their existence as humans in the modern world?  You say put some clothing on because you are a bushman and you are naked.  What do you say to humans that are not covered by an income support in the modern world as global economic citizens and who fail to cooperate to do so among themselves like other societies cooperate? You say move as a refugee or asylum seeker to a more cooperative economy or put some income support into everyone's bank account in that CN TOWER dead, poisoned  lake society of yours because you are economically naked and ashamed and a bushman people of some kind in the modern world of global capitalism.
