This is when we say that sales tax is now always presumptively 100%, the income support must ALWAYS go up without interruption so that people can make plans and certainly go up but will not be less than $70,000.00 per year in the new North American cooperative vision. If consumer stimulus is low, then we can reduce the sales tax from day to day to stimulate consumer activity; not reduce the central bank rate. We are all contributing to the sales tax that is used to pay the income support to some citizens but we cannot say that are all benefiting. Click here.
