Introduction Psalms 82 and 83 And Your Continuing Legitimacy In Socio-Legal Matters: An Essay. This was the original title. The title used for university grading at SOAS as "Legitimacy". Now Updated-with some new additions -September 2017. A Society raised children through a mandatory Pre School available to teach children from 3 years old and then the Junior Kindergarten at 4 years old; right on up to Grade 12 or Grade 13 and then there was automation that occasioned on going joblessness, affecting all their Juicy Fruit dreams. They did not know what to do with them. The Dutch provided each citizen $40,000.00 Euros in unconditional income support. They also set up a job core so everyone can develop nationally helpful human resource skills. All the transit jobs were in the job core. Everyone receives an additional $30,000.00 in the job core. the airport jobs are part of the job core. Everyone has involvement and they can decide if they want to participate in the job core. There was once a similar program in Danada. The program was cancelled and no one knows why. This is sort of an affirmative action for all citizens in the joblessness occasioned by automation. This program staves off the idiocy manifested by religious denominational competition that says many capable people, white or black people, may not be hired for religious reasons. In some cases, they may not be hired for religious or racial reasons in places like Danada. !% years in school with white people to be the good black woman or man says our society should consider extending the gamut of civic participation in the civic job core as available to all citizens. Oswald, in his own warped sense of civil rights that says no other black person should have any job with more social authority than his own chosen profession, should not be offended by his son or cousin's choice to attend Law School or join this job core or to do both. A man raised a child, bought milk, clothing and food, took him to the barber and the best dentists, piano lessons and good soccer clubs and teams for young people, made him do his home work and then when the child was all grown and a graduate, he turned around and said he was not sure if the child should exist because the man said, as a man but not as a father, he needed to be the only one in his childish "Lord of the Flies" ego. He did not have enough education to overcome it and would not release him to play football and allow the boy to enjoy his own life and identity. He kept stealing his bank cards for new accounts. He kept stealing his Amazon post; even if it was a $30.00 T shirt. or computer peripheral. He would ask troglodytes like him to help and they would risk their lives and their jobs. This challenges systemic legitimacy as defined by the Magna Carta. What is legitimacy? It is said that a sense of legitimacy plagued Herod when he said, "What is God and what is law when you look at what people did to me as I cannot have children as Herod? But, because of what they did I need to see my authority; authority they say I have and I just can't have anyone in my family demonstrate any authority over me or within ten thousand miles of my presence." This is the testimony of Herod. But, this is why it is spiritual. Authority may not be legitimacy but it may be the authority on the day at a law society to decide to exercise authority in the commission of an offence; misfeasance of public office, stealing file boxes and breaching the privacy of a firm's clients and their matters. What if a temporary employee walked off with a file brief because she didn't think you should win and have the authority? Authority is not legitimacy. It is a crucifixion of sorts; a pain and thorn to bare but who says you are the only one? This is why it is spiritual. There could be thousands of sons of Joseph in the bible watching you; the half David and Half Saul creation that is just a walking contortion of emotion and motivations. Who says Jesus was not a victim early on in life like Herod? But, unlike Herod, he was born into a particular family trained for 100's of generations in the matters of the law and the ministry of the Shekinah glory also known as the Holy Ghost. Herod may have been obsessed with Jesus who was not adorned with Herod's authority but who may have been a victim just like him and maybe more at ease with the unique experience of life and our simple purpose to forgive others as you wish to be forgiven; forgive yourself. Receive God's forgiveness and in understanding this, Jesus, by accepting the deity we call Allah, Adonai or Buddha, had a sense of cover and protection instead of nakedness and shame; a sense of cover and protection that Herod may not have had because he did not accept it. I am covered by Adonai. I am covered by Allah. This is so although Herod had the authority but maybe not the peace of mind and thankfulness for the baby shoes or sandals and the people who gave them to him or the honor of the naked in safe and appropriate, loving procreational context or contentment that his simple citizen or citizens may have had as simple carpenters, Rabbis, fishermen, law graduates who became product liability specialists or as Centurions. Jesus' ministry is that we are all victims somehow and that we all have to get along and the way to do it is to keep the commands; the ten commandments so that in spite of your experiences as a victim or your neighbor's experience we can have some quiet as we all try to enjoy what we can enjoy in this limited shared experience we endure in this world where more of us are determined it seems to be selfish terrorists than good neighbors, family and friends; or do you want to say you have a right to my wife and to do whatever you want to my property and you also want to be my neighbor and live next door to me yet I am not supposed to have a right to your wife or your property and you would expect that we could have peace. Who or what could you be in the evolutionary scheme of things with this unrelenting expectation in the year 2020? The native peoples of Africa and North America had family structures involving wives and Husbands but it seems the Bushman of the Kalahari may not have at the time Columbus put his imprint upon the world as late as the 1490's. If you are a person who is in agreement with the ten commandments except for the part about wives maybe it is because you have a unique determination like a Description Hephzibah to have children since your natural ability to do so was interrupted just like Herod's. Maybe you are a coastal or peripheral survivor of the great Egyptian, Israeli and Roman empires or the great Christian Crusade in Oklahoma last month and no one told you anything about wives but the woman you hugged up at 17 years old could be your sister and you had children and you work ot out and nobody is bothering you but you don't want to feel judged when you watch 90 day Fiance or the Bridal Dress Reality TV Show. You are a pretty good person. You don't bother anybody's property but you don't want anybody judging you about wives, husbands and marriage. You have lots of children somehow; like the Muslim people do who could be ancestrally Israeli or Coastal Palestinians; also known as the Jebusites and Amorites who were displaced by the people of Abraham and Jacob initially but who now are recognized as the gentiles, grafted in as true believers in the God of Abraham as Muslims or as Christians. The miracles of Christ may not have been soo miraculous to an ancient Israeli who knew Isaiah or Ezekiel but to these Jebusites coming up from the coast of Israel or from Goat Island or Coastal Venezuela, the wine concentrate in Jesus' satchel bag was just a miracle when celebrating a wedding in Israel as a new arrival and formerly peripheral population. How did he do that; turn that water into wine? How did he build such a neat table or vestibule as a carpenter? How did he work out such a cool legal defense totally within the purview of the laws? How did he work out an F15x that could fly all day on a fuel cell or municipal power generation system that keeps human waste out of the water and uses it to generate electricity by turning the waste into hydrogen or propane to power a fuel cell? Greater things than these, my friend, you will do!! Love God!! I am sure the Church would prefer that you respect your neighbor's property first and foremost and his wife before you worry about their theory on the believable miracles as maybe the workings partially of known civilizational technology in the Lord's ancestral and family knowledge while other miracles were just the power of God. In spite of the divergence of cultures and methods involving procreation and child birth, the legitimacy accorded to a society and culture is determined by the Ten Commandments. There is an Egyptian version that predates Moses and that Moses must have read very thoroughly for many years. As such Our discussion concerning legitimacy continues as legitimacy has a quotient that relates to our innate characteristics and experiences. For instance, you may have legitimacy for your work as a graduated but in Europe, your lecturers maybe sons and daughters of Junior Royals and their legitimacy as a Lecturer or Tutor is hereditary. they may not be wearing their family crests and shield on their sleeves every day but they maintain the decorum of the hereditary legitimacy in their assignments. They can write about and teach the subject. They work and have been faithful with little and with much. A graduate from the grand group of applicants to any particular college is not a threat to their legitimacy. Click here.
