This issue of the University of Miami Law Review is comprised of papers delivered during the live proceedings of the Law Review's annual symposium held on February 24, 2007. The symposium, entitled Article II: The Uses and Abuses of Executive Power, was organized to create a venue for legal scholars and practitioners to engage in sustained analysis of the scope and significance of the Bush administration's invocation of Article II of the U.S. Constitution as legal authority for its warrantless surveillance program, its authorization of "harsh interrogation techniques," extraordinary renditions, indefinite detentions, military commissions, and other assertions of executive power that incrementally and now cumulatively have come to define the administration's global War on Terror.' A woman went to school in Missouri and dropped out in Grade 10. She shows up at U of California and asks to take a course in Warren political science and history and says she will use essays and exams that Warren completed at the University of Vermont in 1990. She gave cash to a school Plumber she met at the tavern and she was told that was good enough so she got a student number. She seems to peak to people as if she is more intelligent and Superior and I don't know why. She seems to have been born with authority and God never brought the blood in a monthly cycle at 12 but it does not mean she can kill us all with her jelly bean made with LSD drugs; hard to say if a jelly bean is a controlled substance. The jelly beans were laced with a drain cleaner so your teeth would evidence your use of the drug. She has a dental bridge from the last big batch she bought a year ago. She gave some to grandma. She was found out when they ran her essays through an essay databank as every essay was scanned after 1990; all essays dating back to 1902. She was expelled and refused any further participation. She got a job at Wal-Mart and worked for one year as a cashier and then all of a sudden she decided to walk off with the float. She was fired. She decided to come back and just ask for $300.00. she kept asking over 10 years amounting to about $40,000.00 in theft and robbery. She would ask once a day and then it became once a week. She was arrested for this theft. On a theft and security analysis to ensure the lives of cashiers are not at risk, the cashier's used to just give the cash. Walmart now hires armed security because it is cheaper. She would take the cash to a country lawyer who was really go at everything; especially Pong on Atari. He gave her a cheque and kept the cash. This will be a chapter in Fargo 90220; the new generation.

The Land Title Registry is a perfect representation of the owners activity concerning any transaction with the bank. The only mortgages on the 97 Nackley property are Bank mortgages that amount to $330,000.00. There is no other mortgage involving any amount for $680,000.00. But, he hand typed entries on to the register with Vince Corndish and perpetrated a fabricated copy of the register. The lawyer received a copy from the FNF Canada that is not registered as a mortgage company or title insurance company. But they purported to have a copy of the register and gave it to the lawyer. Vince Corndish did not search title. Four financial institutions searched title last year and two lawyers to confirm there is no such mortgage on title with respect to all her debts and assets. A new article is coming out to discuss the ignorances that have kept the world In a state of flux; that has been shaping and driving world history and this increased after the advent of Hollywood, spreading the ignorances of the West to the east. The East resent it and have started wars accordingly. Volkswagen was building passenger vehicles while Hollywood was challenging family morality. There are several early silent movies on YouTube apparently. that provide examples of this unusual fascination with morality and media, thereby challenging morality with media. Now, they challenge the Constitution using the media to perpetrate the challenge right from the bowls of hell as if the incumbent is a weakling..as if the US government does not have an agreed statement of facts concerning the election. I applied to PBS and NPR last week and they say Tump will be inaugurated for his second term. We have not accessed these examples of media mentioned above dating back to the turn of the century but there could be some it seems. It is suggested that you do not try to look for them. Try watching the movie Catfish or Kill Bill 1 and 2 to understand the point. The old world responded accordingly and bought all the media companies when compared consumerism involves morality. All product s must be safe for human use. It's very hard to tell a dog to order his food in French. But, when he does not you say he is disobedient and has elected to see the way of pain and must die in Europe the great death as you show him your authority.
