Click here. How would you enforce the 14th amendment? That's your job. Would you call it the 14th Amendment Department? Maybe you call it the Department of Underemployment and Inclusion( The DUI). This is because I think you are all drugged up people who miss the moment too often and the bull's-eye. John Bingham wrote the 14th amendment because of the real truths of white and black involvement in America; about the free people in the north who were never slaves and where slavery of any kind eas outlawed. Some of you know there were white slaves. Some of you don't seem to believe it. What of white eas something designed by the Chinese for their hegemony in the face of your lack of cooperation and your beliefs in some kind of inherent superiority? You know I do care for us; all of us. There is nothing wrong with white hegemony in jobs when you are the majority of the population but there would be some ethnic minorities in the population who should, when just as qualified as the average, get the job. There is an Equality law in the US based on the 14th amendment. It really works to enforce equitable employment opportunities and we can never say America was better off in the selfish, disproportionate white wash although we can reminisce about good old, whitened days. But the hope in DEI according to John Bingham is unity and less time wasted on race; an honest reflective balance in the work force that represents life and experience in schools; that represents life in North America on sports teams and in the military.
