This just in; it is rumored that the producers of Below Deck( Season 11) are being sued for content that violates content laws and rules without any viewer warning or viewer discretion advisory. Criminal charges, as rumored, may be pending also.

He cannot be convicted as there is no process in the Court to convict him. The indictment was not signed. Donald in New York said he did not accept this Court procedure as the indictment is not signed; and so he called the Courts and said he is not showing up. If it's not signed, it does not have the power to convict him whether he challenges the facade or not. Signing It now has no retroactive remedy. It was supposed to be signed before there was an effort to summon him to Court. He also sent a letter and confirmed. An article six motion is not really possible if there is no indictment that would make the process answerable. He could walk out at any time.
